 Our caregivers are one of a kind. We only hire caregivers with a servant’s heart who truly understand the needs of our seniors. The Post is not just a place of work, but a place to fulfill our passion as caregivers. Specialized training and licenses are required for all of our staff. 

We believe your loved one is much more than their diagnosis of dementia or other age related diseases. We are far from an ordinary nursing home or any of the large senior living communities. We learn about the individual as a whole and set a personalized care plan that caters to their interests. All our activities, meals, and schedules are customized to the individual. 

 We understand that your loved one requires our utmost attention, and we are here to help with every need! At the most, we are a 1 to 6 ratio, but a majority of times, we are a 1 to 3 ratio ensuring that your loved one receives 5-star quality care at all times.
